Yes. Simply enter a message for the gift card along with the gift recipients name and delivery address and we'll do the rest.

A packing slip is included, gift card message (if applicable) and any other related documentation. However no prices are visible on the paperwork.

Standard (1-3 days): FREE delivery for any order $80 and over. $6.50 freight charge for all other orders.

Once we have received your order, we will email confirmation to you. Then once your order is picked and ready for dispatch, we will email you with a track and trace number which can be monitored through Courier Post.

We do not currently dispatch orders to addresses outside of New Zealand

Yes. The gift recipient may exchange goods at any of our stores within 30 days of purchase. The packing slip or reciept will need to be provided and the goods must be in their original packaging and condition.

Yes we maintain a history of your orders and your details will not be lost should your details change i.e. email address.

Sorry, no. We operate a secure order process from start to finish, and all our deliveries are based on obtaining a signature at the time of delivery. Our courier drivers will not leave a parcel at your doorstep if no one is able to sign for it, they will leave a card to call.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your online delivery type to a store click and collect. Please cancel your delivery order by emailing webstore@jpl.net.nz. After cancelling, you can create a new click and collect order.

A Stewart Dawsons Gift Card is valid for use for 3 YEARS from the original date of purchase.

The Stewart Dawsons Gift Card is a pre-paid card. The available amount to spend is limited to the amount placed on the card, initially at the time of purchasing. A Stewart Dawsons Gift Card is more convenient and more exciting than giving cash.

Yes, as long as you provide the Stewart Dawsons receipt or Exchange Card within 30 days of purchase. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition and will credit you with a new Stewart Dawsons Gift Card. If the product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Stewart Dawsons Gift Cards are not refundable.

Your Gift Card may be used to make purchases up to the available amount to spend. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the available amount to spend, you simply need to pay the excess using another payment method.

The only cost to you is the amount you choose to place on the Gift Card, or any relevant shipping costs for online purchases.
